APPROVAL OF THE DELETION OF BUILDINGS NO. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15, 16, 23, 25, 80 AND PORTABLES NO. 99-106B, 99-106C, 99-481 AND 99-577 AT SARASOTA COUNTY TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (SCTI)
Description
The specified buildings are one-story buildings and portables that are in the path of construction for Phase III at SCTI. The demolition value of these buildings has been proven by the Castaldi Formula calculation. Funds for this demolition are available in the capital projects account.
Recommendation
That the deletion of Buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15, 16, 23, 25, 80 and Portables No. 99-106B, 99-106C, 99-481 and 99-577 at Sarasota County Technical Institute (SCTI) from the F.I.S.H. inventory for demolition, be approved as presented.
